L’association marocaine des Sociétés de Bourse (APSB) s’est réunie, cette semaine à Casablanca, en Assemblée Générale Mixte pour son 20ème Exercice d’activité, rapporte l’infomédiaire. Et à cette occasion, l’Assemblé a procédé à l’élection du Conseil de l’Association qui est composé de 17 membres, soit l’ensemble des sociétés de bourse de la place. A noter que le Conseil de l’Association a élu Rachid Outariatte, Directeur général de CDG Capital Bourse (Groupe CDG), en tant que Président de l’Association.
Les autres membres du Bureau de l’APSB sont Karim Mekki Berrada (Président du Directoire d’‘‘Al Wassit), en qualité de Vice-Président Trésorier, Naceur Benjelloun Touimi (Président du Directoire de ‘‘BMCI Bourse’’), en qualité de Vice-Président et Ghassen Jrad (Directeur Général de ‘‘MENA Capital Partners), en qualité de Vice-Président.
