AMI Assurancesremplit désormais toutes les conditions pour se faire introduire en Bourse a déclaré ElyèsJouini, président du Conseil d’administration de AMI Assurances, lors de l’Assemblée générale ordinaire de la compagnie qui s’est tenue ce vendredi à son siège.
M. Jouini a, toutefois, souligné que la date de l’introduction n’est pas encore fixée. « Probablement, on évoquera le sujet lors de la prochaine réunion du Conseil d’administration », a-t-il déclaré. Selon lui, après la distribution de dividendes au titre de l’exercice 2015, la compagnie remplit désormais toutes les conditions requises pour pouvoir être admises à la Cote de la Bourse.
Présenté par M. Lamjed Boukhris, directeur général d’AMI Assurances, l’exposé sur l’activité, la situation et les résultats de la compagnie a fait ressortir que l’année 2015 a été riche en évènements pour AMI allant de la mise en place du nouveau Conseil d’administration jusqu’à l’augmentation de capital passant notamment par plusieurs missions d’audit qui ont travaillé sur les provisions, le système d’information et l’organigramme.
Le tour de table d’AMI Assurances se répartit ainsi: la BNA détient actuellement 22,02% du capital d’AMI dont 13,04% à travers SICAR Invest et 6,93% via SIP SICAR. En outre, HBG Holding (Groupe Bouchamaoui) et l’UGTT détiennent respectivement 20,04% et 6,93% du capital de l’assureur.
