La BMCE Bank Of Africa annonce une reprise de la croissance durant le premier semestre 2019 avec un Résultat Net Part du Groupe (RNPG) de 1,17 milliard de dirhams (120 millions de dollars), en hausse de 4% par rapport à 2018, porté principalement par la croissance du produit bancaire net (+ 4,7%).
Dans sa communication financière présentée lundi 30 septembre, le groupe indique que l’international représente 41% du résultat net, soit une large part pour l’Afrique avec 35% et 6% pour l’Europe. Pendant ce temps, les activités au Maroc et des filiales représentent respectivement 48% et 11%, selon les résultats consolidés du Groupe à fin juin 2019.
La BMCE note que par zone géographique, le PNB généré par les activités au Maroc a augmenté de 8% contre 7% pour les activités à l’international, qui représentent près de la moitié des revenus du groupe, témoignant de la diversité de son ‘’Business Mix’’.
A travers ses filiales africaines, les dépôts à la clientèle ont progressé de 6% entre décembre 2018 et juin 2019, pour atteindre 5,7 milliards d’euros (6,2 milliards de dollars). Dans ce sillage, les crédits à la clientèle ont atteint 2 milliards d’euros (2,1 milliards de dollars), en hausse de 2% par rapport à décembre 2018.
